Q. Why does dynamic content have a hard time being indexed?
Here is an example of a URL that would give a robot or spider troubles with being indexed-

http://yourwebsite.com/index.php?pageid=3&sort=ascending&language=english&rvisitor=y

As you can see the ? and & are considered parameters.  Many SEO professionals have concluded that more than two parameters or variables in a URL will make it difficult for web site to get listed.

Q. Why are most CMS (Content Management Systems) not Search Engine Friendly?
Most Content Management Systems have been built to make it easier for the end user to easily add, edit or delete pages.  However most programmers are lazy, this is not a bad thing however they have engineered their CMS to be easier for them to display content, they have not given any thought to being Search Engine Friendly. Majority of CMS’s will pass multiple variables or parameters in the browser, making it difficult for a search engine to index your page.
